I’m a new patient at Titan Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! After dealing with issues at my previous dental office, including a crown that kept coming loose, I knew it was time to look for a new dentist. I also received quotes from other dental offices that were approaching $8,000 for the work they recommended, which honestly didn’t feel right to me. Thankfully, a coworker recommended Titan Dental, and I’m so glad I decided to give them a try!

During my first visit, the team took X-rays and photos of my teeth, and I met with Dr. Thuy Le to discuss the treatment I needed, including a deep cleaning, crown replacement, and filling replacement. What I appreciated most was how upfront and thorough Dr. Thuy Le was. She explained what needed to be done, why each procedure was necessary, and how the treatments would help take care of my teeth. I never felt pressured or confused about the process.

Another thing that really impressed me was the transparency of the staff when it came to insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

They clearly explained what my insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for paying. There were no surprises, hidden costs, or confusion. Compared with the much higher estimates I had received elsewhere, I felt much more comfortable with the treatment plan and confident that I was making an informed decision about my dental health.

During the procedures, Dr. Thuy Le and her staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They explained what they were doing throughout the process and made sure I understood what was happening and why. Dr. Thuy Le also took the time to check her work after the procedures to make sure everything looked good. That attention to detail really gave me peace of mind and made me feel confident in her abilities.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Titan Dental. From the honest communication and clear pricing to the quality of care and friendly staff, I felt like my dental health was genuinely a priority. Finding a dentist you can trust is so important, and I’m happy to say that I feel comfortable and confident coming here.

Dental office is very clean and dental equipment are always up to date . I got 5 implants with bone transplant for over 7 years ago and all are well/healthy up to this moment, I never have had any problem. The hygienist is also very good. It took me more than 45 minutes to drive to this office but I still wanted to come here. Dr Le is very dedicated to what she is doing with excellent knowledge in the field. Thanks to Dr Le and staff.
